1. In order to ensure the normal operation, it is necessary to regularly analyze and control the free alkali solution and timely add the de-fat powder. Adding 25.51 grams of de-fat powder per liter can increase the free alkali solution one degree.
2. After saturation, the oil removal effect decreases, or even completely fails, and the whole tank needs to be replaced regularly
Five, wastewater treatment:
Pre-treatment wastewater → breaking lactic acid out (adding sulfuric acid)→ phosphate (lime precipitation method)→ adjusting PH value (PH value increased to 9-10)→ separation precipitation → clean water
Test COD - → DISCHARGE COD less than 100
→COD > 100→ oxidation (under acidic conditions with iron as catalyst, plus hydrogen peroxide oxidation, time is not less than 4 hours, PH=3.5) → flocculation (with flocculant) → separation and precipitation → clean water COD (less than 100 qualified) → discharge
Six, safety points and storage:
This product is weak alkalinity, if contact skin, please wash with water immediately, should be stored in dry place, to prevent moisture absorption for a long time
