Three, working fluid preparation

Five, tank liquid maintenance
After the passivation tank is used for a long time, the concentration of zinc and iron ions and other impurities increases, which will affect the passivation effect. In order to prolong the service life of tank liquid and improve the passivation quality, impurity filter can be used for filtration. The use cycle of tank liquid is generally about a year, when the first to drain about 20% of the old passivation liquid, add new passivation liquid to the working liquid level, the old passivation liquid can be directly discharged after neutralization by sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate.
